TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are entered into by Shenzhen Kangxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), with its registered address in Futian District, Shenzhen, and you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), in connection with the oral wellness and functional products operated by the Company under the METASTRIP brand (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”), including but not limited to oral films, functional gum, and other oral delivery system–based products, as well as related services (including customer support, product consultation, usage guidance, and other ancillary services, hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Products, or by accepting any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from purchasing, using the Products, or accepting the Services.

1. Service Content

We, through the collaboration between Hong Kong Guanghua Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Kangxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., provide global sales and related services for the METASTRIP® series of nicotine oral films, gums, and lozenges (the "Products"). The Products are optimized based on advanced oral delivery system technology, with the objective of delivering an efficient, safe, and satisfactory experience to consumers. All services shall be provided with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457) .

2. Account Management

2.1 Customers shall ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all personal data provided during account registration or use. We will handle such personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) , and only use it for the purposes stated at the time of collection or directly related purposes, unless prior explicit consent is obtained from the data subjects.

2.2 Customers shall keep their account credentials (including usernames, passwords, and authentication codes) strictly confidential and shall not disclose them to any third party. Customers shall be fully responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts, including any losses arising from unauthorized use due to failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

2.3 We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of customer information and suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspected false information or misuse, provided that such actions are conducted in a reasonable manner.

3. Product Usage

3.1 Customers agree to use the Products solely for lawful and personal purposes, and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Hong Kong and the relevant jurisdictions where the Products are used.

3.2 We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or legal liabilities arising from the illegal use, misuse, or improper handling of the Products by customers. For the disposal of expired or unused Products, customers shall comply with the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603) and relevant environmental protection requirements .

3.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, in accordance with Hong Kong law.

4. Modification of Terms

4.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Any revisions shall be effective upon being posted on our official website with clear notification of the effective date.

4.2 The modified Terms shall be binding on customers upon their effective date. Customers are deemed to have accepted the modified Terms if they continue to use our services after the effective date (click-wrap or browse-wrap acceptance shall be recognized as valid in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) ).

4.3 We shall ensure that any modified clauses are not unreasonable or unfair; otherwise, such clauses may be deemed unenforceable by the court pursuant to the Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458) .
